As a result of all those different jobs and bosses, he made the decision that he never wanted to work for any employer ever again. In 1989 he got his Real Estate License and never looked back. Glenn spent the early part of his career in real estate in the trenches showing over 100,000 homes and helping thousands of people Buy and Sell Real Estate. Glenn also helped most of the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team find their homes in Toronto from 1999-2003, prior to opening his own Brokerage in 2004.
